General questions

Depending on your shipping method, it can be faster or slower.

The unregistered one is the slowest: because the items fit through the mail and so they will be shipped out as a “letter” and not as a package. This is how that type of shipping is very affordable internationally.

Registered shipping is more expensive, but also faster.

Its not possible for us to estimate exactly how long your package will take to arrive, from experience, though, in most cases packages to for example the US take around two or three weeks.

In certain cases, your package will be held at customs to check the contents. This process can sometimes take weeks. We can’t do anything about this. Within Europe packages normally take about 1-2 weeks to arrive.

When an item gets lost and you had registered shipping we will give you a full refund. If there is any other problem with your item, just email custom@shikkushikku.com with pictures of the issue and we will usually work things out by sending you the default part or a fixed necklace.

What if my package gets lost?

If you picked unregistered (the cheapest) shipping, there is not much we can do for you.  Because it doesnt come with a tracking number, we can’t tell if it actually arrived or not. It rarely happens that packages get lost, but if you place a large order, we highly advise going for registered shipping.

If you choose registered shipping, you will get a full refund if your package gets lost. Just email us at custom@shikkushikku.com and we will work out the problem with you.

Can I get a refund?

Why are there two sizes for each option?

The necklaces come with an extension so you can extend them 5cm.

What size should I pick?

All necklaces are adjustable for 5cm. We suggest you measure your neck and choose the size where the size of your neck is the smallest option. If you do want them to be lower or looser than how you originally measured, you then have the option to adjust it.
